a 1940’s property in need of modernisation with a client brief that included green technologies and contemporary design. this resulted in a property that is extended to the side and rear, incorporating a green roof, photovoltaic’s, solar collectors and recyclable construction material. the form created in this design is dynamic and innovative with the use of glass slots, render and timber
