a grade 2* listed building consent was achieved to restore a 14th century (with 16th and 19th century additions) coach house into a retail unit for a fire place company in Abridge. original features and layouts were retained but enhanced using traditional methods such as lime plaster to upgrade the building to current standards as best as possible
