description: ClearDesigns was appointed to create a bespoke interior to a new penthouse apartment overlooking the regent’s canal in central islington.  the client wanted to change the typical developer’s fitout and create a new kitchen and master suite as well as modify key features of the property.  clear designs’ scheme produced a high quality finish to the kitchen; reconfigured the master bedroom, dressing room and ensuite; opened up the entrance lobby to increase light; created a home office with floating desk; and introduced feature lighting to the roof terrace bar

ClearDesigns reviewed the spatial layout and re-located walls to provide an open plan 21st century layout, maximising views and light brought into the property by the vast array of windows to the sea view. the rearranged walls and floors have been beautifully clad in timber and stone of the highest quality set of with stunning lighting, creating a quite sumptuous abode
