The development consists of 14 stunning apartments all with their own individual idiosyncrasies. As a practice ClearDesigns have maximised the developments true potential with the use of split level floors to some apartments and full use of the dramatic double height windows symptomatic of a beautiful church

description: ClearDesigns achieved listed building consent to restore a 14th century (with 16th and 19th century additions) coach house on behalf of developer Stillbuild Ltd, with further conversions of buildings within the same plot.  The Coach House works focused on addressing the major structural problems that threatened the building as well as sensitively enhancing its character.  Original features and layout were retained but enhanced, using traditional construction methods and materials.  The ground floor is now used by local fireplace company Ash & Embers
